Deichkind is a German band founded in Hamburg in 1997 that combines hip hop, electro and punk. Known for their satirical lyrics and spectacular live shows, the band often addresses social issues in their songs with a mixture of irony and humor. Their energetic performances, in which they use flashy costumes and props, have secured them a permanent place in the German music scene. Deichkind stands for a unique, cross-genre style and creative, provocative performances.

The song "Kids In My Age, Part 2" is coming out on Wednesday, October 25th! The content is about people, less about old mustard, extraterrestrial animals or nonsense like solder, no, the focus is clearly on you/us and them/them. Just like a train keeps driving in and out of a dead-end station, the rapper we call Kryptik Joe keeps mayonnaising the beautiful thematic salad with his graceful syllables, even if such comparisons are a bit lame, haha. And then, as I said, the live thing, THE KIDS IN MY AGE TOUR 2024! In addition to the festivals and open airs, i.e. the summer concerts in 2024, we have our first continuous tour since March 2020 with the 17 gigs!
