A club with history

MSV Duisburg, founded in 1902, is a traditional club from the Ruhr region and was a founding member of the Bundesliga in 1963. The club experienced its most successful period in the 1960s and 1970s, with the runner-up title in 1964 as the highlight. Despite sporting setbacks and financial problems, the "Zebra Club" and its loyal fan base remain an integral part of the German football landscape.
